Pros:  Small form factor, decent speed, not horribly ugly

Cons:  Not networkable, quality lacking I had my ML-2010 up until last nite, at which time it received a not-so-dignified burial in my trash. I have been really happy with my printer for the past 6 months or so (still on the first toner cartridge). It always did have a bit of trouble with handling heavier weights of paper, but I chalked that up to it being a low to mid grade consumer printer. Speed was decent, print was crisp...

I digress.

Last nite, when printing with run of the mill laser paper, the feed rollers grabbed about 20 sheets of paper at once and proceeded to break almost every one of the cheap plastic parts inside of the printer. There is no fixing this thing, and as I did not have a sentimental attachment to this inanimate object, well, not this one anyway, it was disposed of properly.

If you are looking for a printer that will handle the occasional print job, this one is fine. If you need to print more than 200 pages a month or so, keep looking unless you, like me, want to find yourself searching for a higher quality printer.

Just my $.02 worth. Your mileage may vary.

Pros:  Cheap, Reliable, Dependable

Cons:  User manual can be more detailed I've picked this up about an year ago after dealing with ink-jet printers. I'm not a big printer but I just couldn't stand the ink-jet anymore and started looking into Laser Printers. I headed down to a local store, looked around and this one really caught my eyes. Smaller then most fax machines, clean color, and it seemed easy enough to use. And for &150, I thought it was a steal and well, it was. This one does not do color printing but after being in the computers for awhile I had realized that so it was not a big deal. It states 20 ppm but I believe it's more of 18 or 19 at best. 8 MB is more then enough for a small business load in my opinion. Besides the pro's one thing I didn't like was the color. While I don't mind the clean white, I would have preferred a black one because all my other computer related products are in darker color. Another thing is that it has only 150 sheet paper input. While some may be satisfied with that I wanted about 300 paper input capacity. Ease of use, I didn't know how to turn on the toner save mode, and it was not stated in the manual so I had to call to see how that was to be done and the customer service really took interest and was kind enough to show me. All in all this is a great printer, prints decently fast, clean looking, and quiets down about 2 to 3 minutes after use. This is a great printer for those who are just getting to buy a new laser printer and would definitely recommend it to others.
