Pros:  Music player and sound quality are awesome.

Cons:  None I've been a Nokia user for the past 5 years and I have grown tired of Nokia cell phones due to OS full of bugs, slow response time and mediocre audio quality. I've switched to Sony Ericsson W810i and immediately fell in love with it. The WALKMAN brand adds some quality to the phone. WALKMAN is synonymous to audio excellence. Nokia users should consider this unit if you plan on buying a new cell phone.

Pros:  Lots of features that actually work fast and well together.

Cons:  Picture caller ID displays picture a while after the call has been recieved. Some minor glitches. Very good all in one device. I love the vast amount of features. Even when using the walkman feature, the other features still work smoothe and fast. Some minor glitches in the software though. When a call is recieved that is associated with a picture in your caller ID, the phone takes a while to display the picture so you end up having to guess who is really calling. The Photo caller ID needs some help. When you set a ring tone for a particular contact, the phone should be able to play that same ring tone if that contact sends you a text message. Unfortunately it doesn't. The flash on the camera should also have an auto feature. You can use the bluetooth and conect to a computer with bluetooth and use the phone as a remote control, moving the mouse, controlling media player and even sliding through power point presentations. This is a wonderful feature and works beautifully. Overall I am very pleased with this device. Anyone would be happy with it.

Pros:  The camera is great and with autofocus is useful for document capture

Cons:  The Sony influence - non standard connectors and Sony memory cards This is a great phone and I've enjoyed using it. I've been a Nokia fan for years but their recent offerings seemed clunky and boring. The 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus was the unique feature that attracted me to this phone - and I have not been dissapointed with camera performance. I bought a 1 gig memory card with the phone and it gives lots of space for photos and other things.

The main negative that I have encountered is that the phone connections and memory card are very specific to Sony Ericsson. I would prefer the mini USB data connection as used by Motorola (and lots of MP3 players - for combined charging and data transfer. I would also like a standard headphone socket so that I can use my noise cancelling headphones on a plane.

The softeware bundled with the phone is a nightmare to load on a PC - I still do not have full functionality for file transfers with the supplied USB data and charging cable. On the positive side, the synchronize with Outlook functionality works well and may be as good as it gets.

Pros:  Expandable memory, great features, classy style. Excellent picture quality. Quadband is a plus.

Cons:  Screen somewhat dark depending on the theme chosen. Buttons need to be brighter. Faint hissing sound when playing music/vids without headset. Video quality needs improvement. I've owned this phone for over a month now and I can easily say that this has been the best phone I have ever owned. It is small but it is packed with features that are better than good. However there is room for improvement.

I purchased a 1gb memory card for my phone and as I filled the card, the phone became significantly slower. This was quite a disappointment because my previous phone (Samsung D500) never slowed down even though I kept adding things to it. However my old phone did not have the storage that the W810i has.

Picture quality is amazing on this phone. Even after transfering pictures on to my computer, the pictures were crisp and clear. However video suprised me quite a bit because the videos that I had taken were barely recognizable when transfered on to my computer. Though playing back the videos on my phone, the video was very clear.

One of my favorite features on this phone is the fact that you can change the theme of the phone. I think that this is a very good way of personalizing your phone. You spend so much for a phone to be different, but a million other people have the same phone. This is a good way for people to express themselves a little more.

Overall this phone could use some improvement, but in my opinion, this is the best (non PDA/smart phone) out on the market right now.

Pros:  Lots of great features

Cons:  2 Megapixel camera falls short This is a great phone, with lots of good features. Unlike the other reviewers though, I am not impressed with the quality of the camera. Even at best resolution, the pics are fuzzy and only useful for head shots as far as I am concerned. If this was 3 mega pixels it would be much better. Oh well, there is always something you wish could be better. If you don't care about picture quality though, this is a terrific phone and MP3 player!

Pros:  it has a nice design, nice camera, plays music, can be customized easily

Cons:  loudest setting is too quiet in some places. thats the only bad thing to say about this phone This is the best phone!!! I'm a teen, and I got this phone for my birthday. To put music on it, you either use the software that comes with the phone, or (since I have a mac and the software works for PCs only) you just have to connect the phone to the camera with the included cable.

There are lots of ways to customize this phone. If you find themes from the internet, then you can download them and put them on your phone. The same is for ringtones, games, etc.

It is also a walkman music player, which is pretty nice. The phone has it's own equilizer feature too.

The camera is also a very nice thing on this phone. In camera mode, you turn the phone sideways like it is a real camera! The pictures are really clear (if you use the high settings) and you can import them to your computer with the cable. It also has a video setting, where you can make short videos.

Overall, I think this is a fantastic phone. You won't be disappointed!
