Pros:  Lightweight, not too many distractions, supports flash files, supports word documents, powerpoint presentations, etc

Cons:  Small keys, LG support negligent, video awful Having finally gotten fed up with lugging my Imate PDA 2K around. waiting for the Iphone to show up and paying a LOT for a big, bulky NOKIA i went for a LG Shine.

The phone itself is a looker, take it out and you got people looking at you enviously. brushed stainless steel body is scratch resistant, the camera is good (the video sucks though), the sound is lousy, and the slide has a habit of switching the phone off since LG has for some unknown reason put the power button right in it's path.

I like this phones ability to carry around my word docs, my powerpoint docs and it's own particular brand of style. LG includes a 1 Giga Micro SD and its got 90 Mb on board which is nice. It plays MP3's and 3GP videos. I wish LG had included the option to switch to landscape view for videos (u can with pics) and had actually given it a better speaker.

In a nutshell ?... get this phone if u're looking for a stylish, NON video conferencing, NON mainstream phone, BUDGET phone.

Don't get it if this is one you wanna hang on to for longer than a yr. Its dated already compared to the other offerings out there.

Pros:  bluetooth,mp3,flash,msword,mspoint,usb;mass&date storage,2 mega pix,3.5G

Cons:  some mp3 cannot be supported, cannot edit screen icons LG shine is good ultra stylish phone. With its scratch resistant screen i dont need to take out my compact mirror anymore since i always do small retouches after i eat, or before going to a meeting.

complaints:i have a couple. i cant turn off the sound when im taking pictures. silly but, sometimes i want to take discreet pictures without ppl knowing that i took one.
i also want to change the setting of my icons in my screen. so that i could have a quick touch in my inbox eventhought there is a quick menu already.i also do wish that the speaker could be louder.
other than these complaints,im really satisfied with my phone...i took great pics and vids, very stylish look...suits women very well...

Ratings:  5 out of 5
Pros:  Ease of use, screen and coloring, features, sound, the list goes on

Cons:  The Pros of this phone are only overshadowed by the phone service...(AT&T) I bought this phone to replace my Palm Treo 680 (which may I add is a hunk of junk). I was attracted to the sleek design and the brilliant coloring of the screen. The menu is very easy to use, and the naviational keys (on mine is a little joystick looking thing) is very easy to use. The keys are lit up very well with an ambiant blue that complements the steel casing very well. The sliding feature is much sturdier than that of the Chocolate. The call clearity is second to none and the bluetooth and speakerphone features are crystal clear. The camera has brilliant clearity as well, almost as impressiver as my digital camera. Texting and Messaging is very easy, and it comes equipped with a word predicting format, which is a great asset for those who text a lot.

There is nothing that I have found that I can consider negitive about this phone, thus far...it is a sturdy, sleek, attractive phone...much better than any of the other slider phones I have tried out.

Pros:  very very stylish, good sliding mechanism, bluetooth, 3G, nice applications

Cons:  some bluetoothed mp3 ringtones cant be set as a ringtone. I loved it. From the style, to the mirror on the front. It is amazing.
Keep a soft wipe in hand, because the front screen gets awfully dirty, when touched by fingers. Also, the back gets scratched up easily.

Other than that..its a good investment

Pros:  The Roll Bar, MP3 Player

Cons:  The Mirror In Sun I currently have the LG Shine, and I love it!! Ive played with the one that has the ball, but this one has the scroll bar, and its SO much easier. Easy to slide, has a lock so I wont dial anyone in my purse. The only thing that can get annoying is it does have that awesome reflective mirror as the screen, but when directly in the sun, you cant see it at all. Have to make a shade over it with your hand in order to see whos calling, or read a text message...

Other than that, I highly reccomend this phone. Sleek, big screen, and I love the hot pink color mine is!!

Pros:  Very stylish, easy to use, love the camera,

Cons:  Lacks certain feature: The phone doesn't have the security feature to lock the phone and unlock it with a code (only if you cut the phone completely off), can't lock certain areas fo the phone, I had a Razor before getting this phone. And I loved my Razor and the features it provided. With this phone I guess I just had to accept the fact it didnt have the same features that the Razor has. Besides the lack security function( Lock features) The phone is really nice.
